Tokens

Within the Orvex ecosystem, all core tokens are built around ORVX and designed to keep incentives aligned and sustainable. Each plays a specific role in how liquidity, governance and emissions work.

  1. $ORVX The liquid ERC-20 base asset of Orvex.

    • Used for trading, pairing in pools, and locking into governance
    • The protocol does not emit liquid ORVX directly -- all emissions are oORVX
  2. $veORVX The vote-escrowed governance token, issued as an ERC-721 (veNFT).

    • Two account types: Permanent (from oORVX burn, 1.0x weight, non-redeemable) and Flex (from locking ORVX, bounded duration, weight by lock length)
    • Holders earn 100% of swap fees, bribes, and reserve yield from voted gauges
    • Flex accounts support early exit (25% burned / 25% to Compounding Vault / 50% returned)
  3. $oORVX The non-transferable emissions instrument.

    • Two conversion paths only: Exercise (pay stablecoins at 30% strike to receive liquid ORVX) or Burn (convert into a permanent veNFT)
    • Exercise revenue routed 80% to Strategic Reserve / 20% to operations
    • Strike rate adjustable by governance within 20-50%
  4. $bveORVX A derivative or boosted form of veORVX used in specific incentive, strategy, or delegation contexts.

Full supply, distribution and conversion rules for each token will be detailed in the Orvex tokenomics section once finalised.
